Dry granules help prevent the formation of tartar. The cat is healthy, active, and in excellent physical shape.

For house fidgets

Brit Care Cat Angel Delighted Senior – for older animals. As an aging pet becomes inactive and gains weight, its nutritional needs change. To prevent obesity, the amount of fat is reduced and the proportion of fiber is increased. The composition contains a minimal amount of magnesium to prevent urolithiasis. The food pellets for the “oldies” are softer because their teeth become brittle.

Food for sterilized cats

The manufacturer Brit produces several varieties of food for sterilized cats and neutered males. In the Brit Care cat line, dry food is represented by the Missy option, in the second line - Brit Premium Sterilized.

Sterilized contains chicken and grains necessary to maintain the health of your pet after surgery.

Missy dry food contains sea buckthorn oil. This is what prevents diseases of the genitourinary system. In addition, it contains the least amount of magnesium and phosphorus, which are not recommended to be given to animals after sterilization or castration.

"Brit premium" for premium cats

“Brit premium” is much cheaper and does not have a variety of protein composition, but is produced exclusively from chicken fillet and its by-products. In addition, it contains an increased percentage of plant components.

Foods in this class contain sufficient amounts of poultry protein at the beginning of the ingredient list. This means that the pet will not be deprived of the necessary proteins for a healthy lifestyle. Corn included in the diet does not provide any benefit to the animal; it is a relatively inexpensive raw material for dilution. A low fat diet is beneficial for cats that have been spayed and neutered.

Negative reviews

Valeria

We were extremely dissatisfied with Brit Care “Crazy” food for kittens, pregnant and lactating cats with chicken. After this food, our British cat (7 months old) began pooping soft stool with blood! At first we didn’t think it could be food. We passed a bunch of tests, did an ultrasound, and then decided to change the food and lo and behold! The cat started going to the toilet perfectly! We thought it was just a feature of the cat. We then decided to feed it to our cat (whom we picked up from the street and it was not clear what he ate and his stool was always ok). We began to transition gradually, according to the feeding change scheme. As soon as I gave him this food, and it was just a little, the cat went to the toilet with blood. I was always sure that this was good food, because the dog ate it at one time.

Nigmos

Having read that Brit Care Cat Lilly Sensitive restores digestion, I bought it after problems with Karnilav food. Small long granules. They smell like fish. The cat eats reluctantly. After 3 days I started urinating less frequently. The stool alternates between hard and soft. He continued to miss the tray or walk near it. After a week, it got to the point where I started peeing once every 2 days and pooping once every 3 days. The urine stank. We ran to the vet. In one clinic the indicators are high, in another they are normal. There was no treatment. What other droppers could there be? We ate for another week. We were exhausted. I bought the medicinal Royal Canin Urinari and everything immediately became perfect!

Veterinarian advice

Brit's products appeared on the Russian market long enough for experienced veterinarians to be able to give advice and feedback on its use.

The main ones:

  • Brit brand food is perfect for cats of different ages and lifestyles. In addition, they are hypoallergenic and can be used as the only and main source of nutrition.
  • The product contains a large number of natural meat ingredients, which contributes to the good health of the animal, improves the quality of the coat and strengthens the teeth.
  • A varied and proper combination of meat and vegetables promotes healthy digestion and improved well-being.
  • If your pet is accustomed to foods with flavor enhancers, he may not like Brit food at first, because... it does not contain such components.
  • The animal's feces may become more "odorous." This is a natural reaction of the body to a more natural composition of the product.

Veterinarians agree that the food from the Czech company Brit is an original combination of ingredients, as well as vitamins and minerals. All these qualities allow us to recommend it for use for cats of all ages.

Important! In order to avoid underfeeding or overfeeding the animal, carefully read the dosage.

How to choose food

Natural food is considered the best food for a pet, but it is not always possible to match the percentage balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates to the natural needs of the cat’s body. In such a situation, the animal should be fed with industrial feed with a dietary composition as close as possible to natural food.

Currently, there is a wide variety of diets on the market, both domestic and imported, and for a beginner it will be a problem to choose quality food for your pet.

To choose the right food, it is important to navigate your pet’s taste preferences, the presence of allergic reactions or diseases, and physiological needs. It is necessary to first obtain the advice of a veterinarian in selecting food for your pet.

Which cat food to choose?

What you need to know! The main rule in choosing industrial food for your pet is to give preference to holistic, super-premium, premium food. The higher the quality of the food, the greater the percentage of meat components, which means the cat will receive the necessary microelements for a developed and active life.

When switching from eating natural products to industrial food, remember that the cat must consume a lot of clean water. Also, the transition should be carried out smoothly; gradual introduction of small portions of dry food will not lead to digestive tract upset. To begin with, you can use soft food in pouches or canned food. The ideal combination is dry and wet, feeding recommended by most experts.

When choosing food, pay attention to the composition and the place that meat occupies - it should come first

Reviews:

Elena. I bought it for my pet, the price turned out to be a little more expensive than similar foods. At first the cat didn’t like the new food, but then he tried it. Now he eats with pleasure. I noticed that the animal’s fur began to shine, and my mood lifted. Now I only take it.

Marina. For a long time now I have been taking only holistic food for my British dog. Mostly I bought Carney Love. The price turned out to be expensive. Out of curiosity, I read the composition of Brit’s food and was pleasantly surprised by it. The high percentage of meat content was a pleasant surprise. It turned out that Brit is an excellent combination of price and quality.

Christina. My cat is 13 years old. Over time, I began to notice that he became lazier and calmer. The fur lost its shine and began to fall out. After three months of eating Brit Angel food, the cat noticeably perked up, became cheerful, and his fur began to shine with health again. Although there is a minus - the animal’s feces began to smell stronger.

Feeding recommendations

Each package of the finished product contains information about its composition, shelf life and method of storage. In addition, there is always a table with recommendations for determining the daily food intake. The serving size varies depending on the weight and age of the animal.

Attention! If after feeding your pet regularly has uneaten food left in his bowl, it is recommended to reduce the serving size. In the case when an animal demands food throughout the day, absorbing its quota without a trace, it should be checked for the presence of parasites.

- I am hungry!..

On average, the daily requirement for an adult cat weighing 4-5 kg is 60-70 g of Premium food or 50-60 g of Super-Premium food.
